TCF Canada Test
- The TCF-Canada (Test de Connaissance du Français) is a French language proficiency test that is accepted by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the purposes of economic immigration or for obtaining Canadian citizenship. The Test de Connaissance du Français is an exam that assesses a non-native French speaker’s French language abilities. It is administered by the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) for the French Ministry of Education. It fulfils French language entry requirements, can be used to demonstrate language ability for job applications or for personal use, used by Québec for immigration procedures and also accepted by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). GB Language Centre, North York is the exam centre in the GTA accredited to hold internationally recognized TCF Tests..

TCF Tout Public (TCF All Public)
The Test de Connaissance du français (TCF) tout public – is a French language proficiency exam that is oriented toward non-native speakers of French that want to assess their level of proficiency, and get certified for professional requirements, academic purposes, or personal reasons.\
- Personal purposes: the TCF provides a snapshot of the candidate’s proficiency in written and oral French.
- Professional purposes: the TCF certificate is a benchmark of the candidate’s language abilities and may be used to enhance job applications.
- Academic purposes: the TCF is required by postsecondary education institutes for students wishing to apply for the final year in undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
